road out of construction paper. This tells me

I have drawn the outline of the road system,
using the paper template as a guide, onto the
plastic sheet. Placing the sheet on to the layout,
I traced the whole area that encompassed any
parking lots, side streets and driveways that I
found. It's bigger than the template and you'll
see why!
